If you're not satisfied with WatchOwl for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@techyowls.io with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method
  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund
  • Your account will revert to the free tier

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel:

  • You retain access until the end of your billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew
  • Your monitors will be paused when you exceed free tier limits
  • Your account reverts to the free tier

After 14 Days

After the 14-day period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you encounter technical issues that prevent the service from working, please contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.
